Anatomy of Yoga Module
The growing recognition of the beneficial health effects of Yoga has fueled a boom in the numbers of people coming to classes to enhance their health and well-being. Many students are coming to Yoga classes first to help heal conditions that in days past would have sent them running to the doctor. As Yoga teachers it is important to be aware of the structure and function of the body, in health and dis-ease, in order to provide our services safely to our students.
The course will enhance participant’s knowledge of the structure and function of the human body. With particular attention to joint structure and function, giving the participants tools to enhance the safety of their teaching.
